ZEATH Billing Terms & Conditions
1. Payment Terms
All invoices are due and payable within 30 days from the date of the invoice. Payment should be made by wire transfer to the bank account provided in the invoice. Failure to pay within the specified time may result in late fees or suspension of services until payment is made in full.
2. Late Payment Fees
In case of late payment, a late fee of 1.5% of the outstanding balance or Php 500, whichever is higher, will be charged for every 30 days overdue.
3. Disputed Charges
If there are any disputed charges, the client must inform ZEATH within 7 days of receiving the invoice. Failure to notify ZEATH of any disputed charges within this period will be deemed as an acceptance of the charges.
4. Refunds
ZEATH does not offer refunds for services rendered. In the event of a cancellation of a project, any amounts paid to ZEATH will be retained as a cancellation fee.
5. Taxes
Any applicable taxes, duties, or fees are not included in the fees charged by ZEATH and will be the responsibility of the client.
6. Scope of Work
ZEATH will provide services as described in the scope of work. Any additional work required outside the scope of work will be charged separately and will be agreed upon by both parties in writing.
7. Confidentiality
ZEATH agrees to keep confidential any information provided by the client that is not publicly available. The client agrees not to disclose any proprietary information of ZEATH to any third party.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement upon written notice. In the event of termination, the client agrees to pay all outstanding fees owed to ZEATH up to the date of termination.
9. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
