ZEATH Return and Refund Policy
At ZEATH, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy subject to the following conditions:
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for items that are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. We do not accept returns for items that have been damaged or altered in any way. Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@zeathbrand.com and provide your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item(s).
Please note that we will cover the shipping costs associated with the return, except in cases where the product is not defective or broken and the customer has changed their mind about the purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria. If the item(s) are eligible for return, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at info@zeathbrand.com. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item(s). Once we receive your return, we will ship out the exchange item(s) to you at no additional cost.
Defective or Broken Products
In the event that the product you received is defective or broken, please contact us at info@zeathbrand.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return authorization and cover the shipping costs associated with the return. Once we receive the defective or broken product, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement item, whichever you prefer.
Changed Mind Returns
If you would like to return a product that is not defective or broken but you changed your mind about the purchase, please contact us at info@zeathbrand.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will cover the shipping costs associated with the return. Once we receive the product, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment, minus any shipping costs.
Return Restrictions
We do not accept returns for the following items:

- Personalized items
- Gift cards
